1. Basic Principle
We aim to comply with the Securities and Exchange Law and the laws and regulations established by the listed stock exchange on the basis of transparency, fairness, and continuity, and strive to provide information in a timely manner to all stakeholders.
2. Method of Information Disclosure
Disclosure of information that falls under the "timely disclosure rules" established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange will be disclosed by making prior explanation of this to the TSE and then registering on the "Timely Disclosure network (TDnet)" provided by the TSE. After the disclosure on TDnet, we will promptly provide the same information to the media and post it on our website. However, due to system limitations, please note that there may be some delays in posting this information on our website. Regarding other information that does not fall under the "timely disclosure rules", we plan to disclose them accurately and fairly by appropriate means, based on the policy of timely disclosure.
3. Silence Period
In order to prevent the leakage of financial result information and ensure fairness, we have set a certain period from the day after the closing date to the announcement date of financial results as a "Silence Period". During this period, we will refrain from answering or commenting on financial results. However, if there is a possibility that the earnings forecast will fluctuate significantly during this Silence Period, we will announce it appropriately in accordance with the disclosure rules. Even during this Silence Period, we will respond appropriately to questions regarding information that has already been disclosed and questions regarding products.
4. Compliance to Disclosure Policies
From the perspective of "Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)", we will thoroughly inform all employees (including officers) of the above disclosure policies, and have them comply.
