SOURCENEXT Forms Business Alliance with DailyRoads

(Tokyo, Japan –January 13, 2016) SOURCENEXT Corporation announced today that as of January 192016, they have formally signed into a business alliance with "DailyRoads LTD" (henceforth referred to as "DailyRoads"). Details of the alliance as below:

1. Background of Business Alliance

　　　　DailyRoads is a development company based in the U.K. that develops the advanced drive recorder app "DailyRoads Voyager Pro" for Android devices. This "DailyRoads Voyager Pro" is an extremely popular application which allows a regular smartphone to be used as a drive recorder, and has a total of over three million^*1 downloads. By collaborating these advanced products provided by DailyRoads with the knowledge and experience that SOURCENEXT has accumulated through the planning / marketing / developing of various software, SOURCENEXT aim to bring forth even more growth and new opportunities to both parties.
