SOURCENEXT Accounces Business Partnership with Sony Creative Software Inc.

 

(Tokyo, Japan –April 21, 2015) SOURCENEXT Corporation announced today that they have formally signed into a business alliance with Sony Creative Software Inc. (henceforth referred to as "Sony Creative Software") as of April 21, 2015. Details o the alliance as follows:

 

1.      Background of Business Alliance

　　　　Sony Creative Software is the owner of some of the highest quality, and most professional multimedia production software in the industry. Their leading products such as the "Vegas" series (video editing software), "ACID" series (music production software) and "Sound Forge" series (audio editing software) are all very renowned software, being used in professional scenes such as broadcast industry, music industry and also the game production industry.

To this date, SOURCENEXT has acted as an official partner for Sony Creative Software and has sold over 30,000 copies of their products on the SOURCENEXT website, and starting March 2015 has also begun offering customer support for the same.

Today, with this announcement, SOURCENEXT announce that they have signed an exclusive contract with Sony Creative Software, which allows them to have exclusive distributorship of the below 12 products in the Japanese region starting from August 1st 2015. SOURCENEXT aims to expand on the current sales of these products by launching the sales of packaged versions in electronic retail stores, in hopes to further expand on sales and bring forth even further growth for both companies.
