SOURCENEXT Forms Business Alliance with Acronis

(Tokyo, Japan –September 30, 2015) SOURCENEXT Corporation announced today that they have officially signed a contract on September 30, 2015 to form a business alliance with Acronis International Gmbh (henceforth referred to as "Acronis"). Details of the announcement as below:

 

1.      Background of Business Alliance

　　　　With its headquarters based in the U.S, Acronis is a long-established company which has over 10 years of solid experience in providing backup solutions. Its flagship product, "Acronis True Image 2015" has been sold in over 145 countries around the world and is being used by over 300 thousand companies and over 5 million users^*1. 

Starting today, SOURCENEXT launches the sales of the download version of "Acronis True Image Personal" (3,480 yen without tax) at their own online store. The "Acronis True Image Personal" is a Windows 10 supported product which provides users with all the basic features available in "Acronis True Image". From November onwards, SOURCENEXT will be exclusively selling their own packaged versions of "Acronis True Image Personal" throughout electronic retail stores in the Japanese territory. By taking the highly potential software brought forth by Acronis, SOURCENEXT aims to collaborate their knowledge and experience in the planning / marketing / development of software, to bring forth further growth and new business opportunities for both parties.

2.      Details of Business Alliance

　　　SOURCENEXT will exclusively distribute "Acronis True Image Personal" (a packaged version of Acronis’ "Acronis True Image 2015", prepared specifically for SOURCENEXT) in electronic retail stores in the Japanese region.
