Announcement of Business Alliance with IPNOS SOFTWARE Inc.

(Tokyo, Japan –June 13, 2014) SOURCENEXT Corporation, announced today that they have formed a business alliance with IPNOS SOFTWARE Inc. (henceforth, IPNOS SOFTWARE), and have officially signed contract with them, as of June 13, 2014. Details of the alliance, as described below.

1. Background of Business Alliance

IPNOS SOFTWARE is a development company which develops various sleep aid apps for mobile platforms and their apps boast a series-total download of over 13 million downloads*. One of their most popular apps, "Relax Melodies Premium: Sleep &Yoga" has been selected as being one of the "Top Apps" in 2012 by the U.S. online shopping site, "Amazon". Through the synergies created from IPNOS SOFTWARE’s powerful products and with the planning / developing / marketing strengths that SOURCENEXT hold, the companies aim to continue expanding on their collaborative efforts in the coming future.

2. Objectives of Alliance

SOURCENEXT will carry out the sales of IPNOS SOFTWARE’s Android app, "Relax Melodies Premium Sleep &Yoga" in the Japanese region.
