Announcement of Business Alliance with CloudMosa

(Tokyo, Japan –May 29, 2014) SOURCENEXT Corporation, announced today that they have formed a business alliance with CloudMosa Inc. (henceforth, CloudMosa) and have officially signed contract with them, as of May 28, 2014. Details of the alliance, as described below.

1. Background of Business Alliance

CloudMosa are the developers of the popular website browsing app "Puffin Web Browser", which has recorded over 10 million downloads* worldwide. In addition to providing users with high speed internet data transmissions, it supports pages built in Flash and also implements a virtual trackpad which allows users to get a better control over items displayed on their devices. By bringing together the strong development capabilities of CloudMosa with the planning / developing / marketing skills of SOURCENEXT, the companies aim to continue expanding on their collaborative efforts in the coming future.

2. Objectives of Alliance

SOURCENEXT will carry out the sales of CloudMosa’s Android app, "Puffin Web Browser" in the Japanese region.

Although the financial impact of this alliance may be minimal for this fiscal year (ending March 2015), SOURCENEXT expect that in the long run, this business alliance will help to raise company value and bring forth other future benefits.
