"Burn the Rope" to be released in "au Smart Pass"

 

(Tokyo, Japan –July 17, 2014) SOURCENEXT Corporation, announced today that they plan to release the below mentioned app for the "au Smart Pass" service, provided by KDDI (Code: 9433 Tokyo Stock Exchange 1st Section).

 

1)      Details of Announcement

Since September of 2011, SOURCENEXT has continued to focus on the development and sales of Android apps. They first provided their apps to the "au Smart Pass" service run by KDDI on March 2012 and now, starting July 17, 2014, in addition to the 13 apps made available already, a new game app, "Burn the Rope" has been introduced into the "au Smart Pass" app lineup.

SOURCENEXT aim to attract even more users with the introduction of this new app and hope to increase on their market shares.

 

2)      Product Overview

"Burn the Rope" is an all new puzzle game in which you tilt, turn and rotate your smartphone device to try to burn all the ropes on the screen. The main rule to remember is that the flame only burns up, and if you try to burn downwards, the fire goes out. Once ALL the ropes on the stage are burned, the stage is cleared!

Awarded the Best Game Award in the "Digi Awards" (Canada) in 2011, and the game has a series total of over 2 million downloads worldwide.
