Three SOURCENEXT Apps Selected for
Kids Tablet Device, "tap me + (plus)"
To be Released: March 28, 2014
SOURCENEXT Corporation (Headquarters: Toranomon 33 Mori Building 6F, 3-8-21, Toranomon, Minato-ku Tokyo;CEO and President: Noriyuki Matsuda) announced today that three of their apps from their smartphone apps distribution line-up, have been selected for the "Tablet for Junior tap me + (plus)", a popular kids’ tablet, developed and manufactured by MegaHouse Corporation (Headquarters: Komagata 2-5-4, Taito-ku, Tokyo;CEO and President: Iwao Okuyama). The new "tap me + (plus)", which goes on sale March 28, 2014, comes installed with over 30 apps for kids (including games and educational apps), and SOURCENEXT will be distributing "Angry Birds", "World of Goo" (the latter of which which are yet to be released in Japan) and the "Genius E to J / J to E Dictionary MX + Meikyou Kokugo MX + Shinkangorin MX" to this line-up.

[About the "Tablet for Junior tap me + (plus)"]

The "Tablet for Juniors tap me + (plus)" –developed by MegaHouse Corporation, is a new color model of their popular kids tablet, "tap me". The "tap me" tablet comes with over 30 different apps (games and educational apps) and also comes equipped with a "Papa-Mama Mode" which ensures that parents can allow their kids to handle the tablet, without worrying about their safety. The tablet is wildly popular among kids and parents alike and has been awarded the "Award of Excellence" in the field of "Innovative Toys" at the "Japan Toys Award 2013".

"Angry
Birds" is an extremely popular character franchise and game series
available for iOS / Android / PC and other platforms. Marking over 2
billion downloads worldwide, the popularity of the game is unrivaled and
currently the game is around the world. The game is especially popular in the
U.S. and Canada, followed by other countries in Europe, the Middle East (?),
and Asia.
The simple concept of using a slingshot to fire angry little birds at rival pig characters is what makes this action-puzzle game so fun and addictive.

An intriguing and innovative puzzle game based on the concept of connecting Goo Balls to create paths and move a given number of these "Goo Balls" to its destination. The "Goo Balls" come in various types –some which drip down and some which explode –but players must use the right Goo Balls at the right places in order to evade traps and obstacles and reach the final goal.
