Announcement of Business Alliance with Tongbu Networks
SOURCENEXT Corporation announced today that they have agreed to form a business alliance with Xiamen
Tongbu Networks Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Tongbu Networks") and have officially signed a contract with them, as of September 13th, 2013. Details of the alliance are as described below.
1. Background of Business Alliance
Tongbu Networks is the provider of the popular service, "AirDroid" which has had about 20 million
downloads and received a steady rating of 4.7 from users of the Android App Market, "Google Play".
Through this collaboration with Tongbu Networks, SOURCENEXT plans to utilize their planning / developing / marketing strengths they hold in the Japanese software industry to further expand upon the future possibilities for both parties.
2. Objective of Business Alliance
SOURCENEXT plans to launch and handle the sales of Tongbu Networks’ "AirDroid" in the Japanese egion.
"AirDroid" is an app which allows people to control / manage their Android device from a remote PC web
browser.

4. Future Forecasts
SOURCENEXT aims to launch and handle sales of Tongbu Networks’ "AirDroid" in the Japanese region, and
although profit-wise, the financial impact of this alliance may be minimal for this fiscal year (ending March
2014), they expect that it will contribute greatly to sales in the next fiscal year (April 2014 to March 2015).
