SOURCENEXT forms Business Alliance with Readdle

(Tokyo, Japan –January 26, 2017) SOURCENEXT Corporation, announced today that they have officially signed contract on January 26, 2017 to form a business alliance with "Readdle Inc." (henceforth referred to as "Readdle"), a software development company. Details of the announcement as below:

 

1.     Background of Business Alliance

　　　Readdle is a development company who develop various iOS apps and Mac software such as "PDF Expert for Mac". The "PDF Expert for Mac" is a popular PDF viewing / editing software for Macs which has been awarded the "App of the Year Runner-up 2015" from the "Mac App Store*1".

By taking the highly potential products developed by Readdle, SOURCENEXT aims to collaborate their knowledge and experience in the area of software planning / marketing / development, to bring forth even further growth and new business opportunities for both parties.

2.     Details of Business Alliance

　　　SOURCENEXT will distribute Readdle’s product, "PDF Expert for Mac" in the Japanese region.
