SOURCENEXT forms Business Alliance with SmileOnMyMac, LLC dba Smile

 

(Tokyo, Japan –October 20, 2016) SOURCENEXT Corporation, announced today that they have officially signed contract on October 20, 2016 to form a business alliance with the U.S. based development company "SmileOnMyMac, LLC dba Smile" (henceforth referred to as "Smile"). Details of the alliance as below:

 

1.      Background of Business Alliance

　　　SmileOnMyMac is a development company based in the U.S. who develop PDF editing software such as "PDFpen" and "PDFpenPro" with over 90,000 units sold*1 around the world. The "PDFpen" is a highly versatile PDF editing app, which allows users to not only place texts and shapes over their PDF documents but also place highlights over certain areas in the documents. The app has been reviewed in the popular Mac / iPhone app website, "The Sweet Setup" as "The best PDF app for Mac".

By taking this highly potential product brought forth by Smile, SOURCENEXT aims to collaborate their knowledge and experience in the planning / marketing / development of smartphone apps, to bring forth further growth and new business opportunities for both parties.
